This policy applies only to information that you provide to us when you use our Prestigio eReader mobile application (hereinafter – “App”).

You acknowledge and agree that we may collect, store and use your personal information given by you during initial installation of the App (including but not limited to your name, username, password, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, date of birth) as well as technical data and related information (including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software and peripherals), that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services to you (if any) related to the App.
We may use this information for registration, login and data synchronization and in-App purchases, for the purposes of operating the app, as well as to improve our products and services or to provide the latest product announcements, software updates or technologies to you or for internal purposes, such as auditing, data analysis, and research.
The information you provide us is securely stored in our customer database. Any personal information you reveal to us is protected. We maintain security standards and procedures regarding unauthorized access to customer information to prevent unauthorized removal or alteration of data.
At any time you may access and rectify all the information that concerns you and stored by us. You can at any time make a request to us to find out what personal information we have concerning you, and by request, modify this information.
We may disclose your personal data to third parties as required by law enforcement or other government officials in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose you or our company to legal liability.
